In exbreim of the powers ocaferred by sub-clause I (a)

of clause III of the Order of Her late Majesty Queen

Victorie in Council dated the 26th, dey of October, 1896,

the 21st day of Herok, 1916, which orders were brought into operation in the Colony by Frcolamation dated the 5th day

of August, 1914, and the 12th day of May, 1918, respect-

ively, Eis Fxcellency the Governor is pleased to make the

following regulations:-

1. No person shell without lawful authority ocllect, record,

publish or communicate, or attempt to elioit, any information

with respect to the movement rumbers, description, oondition

or disposition of any of the foroes, ships, or aircraft or His Majesty or any of Elo Majesty's cllies, or with respect to the plens or conduct, or supposed plans or conduct, of

or aircraft, or with respect to the supply, desetiption,

condition, tressport, or manufacture or storegs or place
